How can I place an order?

A deposit of 10% will serve as a booking confirmation. This amount will not be refundable and will serve to cover minor costs encountered in case of last minute cancellation from your side. The rest of the funds could be transferred a week (10 days prior arrival).

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank Transfers

What is the cancellation policy?

Note that in case of cancellation from your side after transferring the full funds, there will be a refund according to the cost encountered following the cancellation policies of the hotels (ex. if hotels won’t charge us we won’t transfer the charge to you..the same applies to the transport and the rest of the services.

Note that in case of cancellation from our side after you have transferred the full funds, there will be a full refund of the 10% + Rest of the funds transferred before your arrival.

Do you offer Birding private tours in English or any other language?

Yes, we offer tours in English and in French.
